Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please include the tracking information). As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase price. All returns must be registered with our customer service team.
I received a defective product
If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following:
- Your order number
- Which product is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photo documentation
If your package was damaged during shipping, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. All claims regarding damaged packages must be made within 7 days of delivery. Without evidence reviewed by our customer service team, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or replacement.
I received the wrong product
If you have accidentally received the wrong product, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following:
- Your order number
- The name of the product you did not receive
- The name of the product you received
- A photo of the product received
Exchanges
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired piece.
For defective products
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise objectionable, the return is free of charge. In this case, we will send you a new, flawless product.
If you would like to return a product (general return)
If you purchased the wrong product, if the product does not fit, or if you no longer need it, the actual costs of return and the documentation of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
