3. Personal Use You confirm that you use the website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and on your own behalf.

Prices 4.1 Prices listed on our website include shipping but do not include taxes, duties, or similar charges ("delivered duty unpaid" / DDU). 4.2 The buyer is responsible for all import-related costs (including duties and VAT). Goods are shipped from a non-EU country (China) and may be subject to additional charges. Please contact our customer service in advance to clarify whether customs duties apply. 4.3 In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you and provide an opportunity to reorder at the correct price or cancel the order. 4.4 We are not obligated to fulfill an order placed at an incorrect price (even after confirmation). 4.5 Price changes do not apply retroactively to already confirmed orders.

5. Orders 5.1 Orders are valid while supplies last. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and issue a refund. 5.2 The contract is formed only with our written order confirmation. 5.3 Partial deliveries may occur. 5.4 We reserve the right to remove products or content from the website. 5.5 We may refuse or cancel orders at any time. 5.6 If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund.

6. Payment 6.1 You may pay through the payment service providers listed on our website. 6.2 Discount coupons can be redeemed during checkout. 6.3 Payment details may be shared with our payment service providers. 6.4 We are not regulated payment service providers and are not liable for errors by the provider. 6.5 You confirm that: (a) the payment method is yours; (b) you are entitled to use any coupon; (c) sufficient funds are available. 6.6 We are not liable for unauthorized use of payment methods by third parties. 6.7 Chargebacks or payment reversals are not permitted. 6.8 You agree to indemnify us for losses resulting from chargebacks.

Shipping 7.1 Delivery is made to the address you provide. 7.2 The estimated delivery date is displayed at checkout. 7.3 We are not liable for shipping delays. 7.4 Delivery to certain locations is not possible. 7.5 Risk transfers to you upon delivery. 7.6 If you are unavailable, a delivery notice may be left. 7.7 If you refuse to accept the shipment, all return shipping costs will be borne by you. 7.8 Shipping takes place within 2–5 days after payment. Standard shipping time: 7–17 business days (max. 4 weeks). 7.9 All customs costs are borne by the buyer.

8. Cancellation/Modification 8.1 You may cancel or modify your order by email. 8.2 Items already shipped must be returned (see Section 10). 8.3 Pre-delivery refunds are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

Defects and Errors 9.1 Products are standard goods, not made to custom order. 9.2 Product information on the website is provided without warranty. 9.3 Images may differ from the actual goods. 9.4 If the product is defective, you must contact us by email with a photo. 9.5 Returns are handled in accordance with Section 10. 9.6 We will inspect the returned goods upon receipt. 9.7 If the defect is confirmed, you will receive: (a) a replacement product; or (b) a refund, including return shipping. 9.9 If no defect is found, no refund will be issued.

10. Returns and Refunds 10.1 Our return policy forms part of these terms. 10.2 Withdrawal period: 30 days from receipt. 10.3 Return shipping costs are borne by you. 10.4 Refunds are only issued after the product is received. 10.5 Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. 10.6 Processing time may vary. 10.7 Refunds will be confirmed by email after inspection. 10.8 The withdrawal is considered complete when we have received the returned product. 10.9 For items not received, the earliest refund date is: after 16 weeks.

11. Vouchers and Discount Codes 11.1 Promotional codes can be used at checkout. 11.2 Only one coupon per order may be used. 11.3 The remaining amount must be paid by other means. 11.4 In the event of a return, the value of coupons is not refunded.

12.
